I'm a teacher too.  This is my 19th year of teaching - 11 years teaching 5th grade, 3 years teaching 4th, and 5 teaching gifted and talented students. 

Classroom management is always hard - I thought that I had a handle on it, and then I taught kids who were from the poor side of town, and who thought that they were owed a lot of things - they were very hard to deal with.

I teach resident physicians and medical students. I'm faculty at the nearby medical school.

 Currently energy management / campus automation at a local uni.. previously doing electronics (and everything else, it seemed) for the prison system. Interesting work, but the inmates (and staff, for that matter) wear on you. Did some vol. firefighting till I ran into the politics wall, currently doing some tutoring work in math, and hobbies include electronics forensics; cell phones, computers, etc.
